Happy Monday, all!
I hope everyone had a pleasant weekend! I know I did, and if you follow my Snapchat (@thatnodakgirl) you’d have seen it all firsthand! I also have finally taken the time (more like gathered the confidence) to start my first week in fashion posts! I’m actually so excited about it, and will have my first post up later today!
Now, let me give you a quick update on my third week of the Arbonne cleanse!
This was the week that I had to consume the 7-day Body Cleanse along with the other standards of the program. I made the mistake of not eating on a schedule, so when I wasn’t hungry I didn’t eat, which ended up doing less good for my body. I wasn’t taking in enough calories and I don’t think I benefited as much as I could have! That’s the depressing part!
I did continue to lose a couple pounds, but my waist gained 1/2 an inch which is sooo depressing.. I was only 3 away from my goal and now I have that extra inch to lose again!
On the weight note, I am still 5 lbs away from my goal weight by Valentine’s Day, which isn’t so bad considering I haven’t gone to the gym once during this program! I am going to start hitting the gym again at the end of this week. I really wanted to see the full effects of the cleanse without any help from working out.. which I am thoroughly impressed with!
Next Monday, I will reveal how many total pounds and inches I lost from my waist! It’s really embarrassing to see where I was a mere three weeks ago and see how close I currently am to my pre-pregnancy size. The only difference is that my pre-baby weight was including muscle that I no longer have! So, I will need to lose more weight before gaining that awesome tone back!
