Amiright? I’m so excited that this week is finally coming to an end. It’s already been so stressful to get back into the swing of all things college, and maintain my patience as the mom of a crazy toddler!
Speaking of a crazy toddler. Lewi turns 2 next week! What? Two? How?
I think I’m going to be crying for the next week just thinking about the fact that my baby isn’t a baby anymore!
Distracting myself from that phenomenon, I have decided to take this time to talk about the shoe of fall.
Booties are definitely a fall staple, and this year is no different. They are EVERYWHERE! I have compiled a short list for you to see what’s trending this year, and hopefully you’ll be adding a new pair of booties to your closet this fall.

I could have thrown together a list of plain Jane booties with no character, but that’s just not who I am. Of course, I don’t think I own a single pair of boring shoes.
I wanted to put together a list that I would actually look at and decide to purchase from! From this list, I really love the taupe, open-toe style, and I kind of wish I would have snagged them during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. I also really want to add a white/off-white bootie to my closet this year.
Randomly, I found this off-white style and really dig it! I have my eye on a similar style at a local store downtown Fargo, ND. Have you checked out Onyx and Pearl yet? I think it’s one of my favorite stores in Fargo! If you haven’t checked it out yet, you really should try to hit it up. I can really feel myself vibe off the atmosphere, and I really appreciate the laid-back styling of the merchandise.
