Hello, Lovely!
It’s just another manic Monday. My hubby left for work early this morning and hopefully will be back to me by Thursday evening.
I hate when he has to travel for work. I just miss him so much and feel so bad for Mr. Lewi, who doesn’t get his daily Daddy Snuggles! Poor boy.
Alright, so I told you yesterday (via Facebook), that there was something exciting coming to the blog this week. You have until Friday to keep the guesses coming! In case you missed the post, there is a hint in the image I shared on both Facebook and Instagram (7/23/17).

Today, I am talking about transitioning your wardrobe into pre-fall!
Pre-fall.. what a weird term. I am referring to the month of August and part of September, when it’s not technically fall yet, but it doesn’t feel like summer anymore!
One classic silhouette to keep in your transitioning closet, is a neutral colored jumpsuit. This versatile piece can be dressed up or kept casual by the presence or absence of accessories.
It’s also a figure flattering shape because it will give you a waist and make your legs appear longer!
I purchased this jumpsuit from a small boutique (Blue Daisy Boutique) in Fargo. I kept it fluent with the summer season by adding a bright colored necklace in a trending turquoise hue, my hot buy wedges of the summer (see here), and a floppy Panama hat in a summer-y wicker!
This look could easily transition to pre-fall/fall by adding a denim jacket, replacing the turquoise necklace with a more subtle metallic necklace, and trendy sneakers.
Picking out a jumpsuit in a neutral color will help with restyling. They’re great pieces to own for this reason. You can throw one in your suitcase, when traveling, and have 4 different outfits without having to pack four different outfits. The trick is to know how to accessorize!
I hope you find the perfect neutral jumpsuit to add to your transitioning closet!
