Hello, Lovely!
It’s hump day and I spent the majority of my morning doing some major maintenance on the behind-the-scenes of That ND Girl.
Running a blog comes with so many technical kinks, and sometimes I just don’t know how to fix them! Countless Google searches and Youtube tutorials later, here I am, hoping everything is still in tip-top shape.
I read other blogs all the time and try so hard not to envy the effortless look of every website. The flow is so beautiful and it gets so easy to get wrapped-up in the comparison. I have to remind myself that most of these established bloggers have an entire team of computer experts that set up their site’s design, organize their archives, and code all their invasive text criteria! Maybe that will be me someday, but today it is not.
Today, I am sharing the designer dupes that are on my current fashion radar!
I know, I know. I just keep giving you lists lately, but I promise there will be more outfit inspiration very very soon. It’s been a little crazy this summer, as my photographer (my poor husband) has been working long and hard hours, and I don’t feel right asking him to add more work to his day!
I’m sure you’re all very aware that the Nordstrom sale is still in full pre-sale swing. The public sale opens in two days, and I still haven’t decided on my final selection! (cry.) A couple of the dupes are in the sale, and will definitely sell out within the first day or two of the public opening, so if you’re interested definitely jump on those purchases.
Wedges: Steve Madden · Marc Fischer · Chloé
Shoulder Bag w/ Ring + Chain detail: Rue 21 · Chloé
OTK Boots: Marc Fischer · Stuart Weitzman
Earrings: Francesca’s · BaubleBar
Large Satchel: Sole Society · Givenchy
I love all the designers and dupes on this list!
I already own the Steve Madden wedges in black, and they were one of my best summer purchases this year! They go with absolutely everything. I think I may add the Marc Fischer dupes to my closet next spring if I’m still swooning over them!
I also own the Chloé handbag dupe from Rue 21! There are many dupes for this bag, but this one from Rue 21 is under $10. I’m not even kidding! All I did to make the bag a little more chic, was take the fringe fob off. It’s obviously not the quality of a designer bag, but it works great for quick trips out of the house when I’m child-less!
The Marc Fischer over-the-knee dupes are on the top of my Nordstrom sale list! I still haven’t made the commitment because I keep going back and forth between the black and the charcoal. I love how similar they are to the Stuart Weitzman boots. The SW OTK boots sold out of the sale so fast that they’re not even available for the public sale!
I love BaubleBar and all their earring creations. I love even more that I can go to Francesca’s and find dupes for half the price! These drop earrings are so fun and festive for summertime. The navy option makes them a great transition into the early months of fall!
Now, I don’t have this exact Givenchy dupe in my closet, but I do have a different version that is no longer available. I think this Sole Society bag is a great staple to add to any closet! It’s so versatile and it doesn’t break the bank. It is also in the #Nsale, so be sure to snatch one before they are all gone!
I hope you enjoyed this list, and found some staples to add to your current or fall closet.
xo, Tay
