Yesterday began the Cardholder’s Early Access to the 2017 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! To gain access to the pre-sale, you must be a Nordstrom card holder. This year, the sale is available to the public beginning July 21 and goes through August 6. Everything seems to go really fast, so I thought I would put together a little guide of my top picks!
I love Nordstrom. The closest store to me is a good 4 hours away, so I’m pretty used to shopping their online website. Everything I have ordered has come exactly as expected, which doesn’t always happen when shopping online!
This sale has me in all the Fall feels, and I can’t wait to start stocking my closet with those cardigans and boots! Remember, us bloggers are already shopping for our Fall closet. I have my posts scheduled all the way through October, currently, so this sale is really getting me into the autumn season.
But, before I start craving pumpkin in my Chai, let’s get to my top picks from this year’s sale!

I picked up some great ideas for my pregnancy fashion this Fall and you can expect to be seeing lots of cardis, moto jackets, and boots!
Also, none of the items I chose exceed $200, which I think is important when shopping a sale. Nobody wants to spend more than $200 on a sale item, even if it is designer! Well, maybe that’s just me. I want my readers to see affordable fashions that they can rationally add to their wardrobe, if they wish!
I have to admit that I was self-consciously reminding myself that I am pregnant with every pick, but I don’t think that translates into my list too much. Everybody loves to dress for comfort, so I think there is something for every style in these picks!
If you’ve never shopped the Nordstrom Anniversary sale before and aren’t exactly sure how it works, let me break it down for you:
- Everything in the sale is listed up to 50% off its original price.
- These items are not on clearance.
- After the sale is over, the merchandise goes back to its original price.
For these reasons, it’s important to look through the items you’re interested in and probably purchase them now, as they won’t go on sale like this again!
I feel inclined to mention that the Marc Fischer OTK boots are on an amazing sale (sale $149 – OG $229). They are actually dupes for the Stuart Weitzman version — which is also in the sale (sale $499 – OG $798). So, if you’ve been eyeing those iconic over-the-knees this is the time to snatch them up! I am fairly positive the Marc Fischer version will be placed in my closet within the next week. Now, if I can only decide which color I want!
