Good Afternoon, lovelies!
Today I decided, while trying on old swimsuits of course, to review my current makeup foundation.
I have been using the Arbonne Perfecting Liquid Foundation (in the shade Soft Blush) for about a month now, and I can honestly say that I am completely impressed with the results!
Let me start by stating that this is not a sponsored post. I have no affiliation with Arbonne and all opinions are 100% my own. I just really love this product and want my readers to share my love!
Alright, I have mentioned before that I was in the market for a new foundation and have tried a couple different options. I have had absolutely no luck with any of the foundations I’ve tried. There either wasn’t enough coverage or I felt that I had clay caked onto my face.
While on the Arbonne cleanse, I got to pick a free product with my purchase. I chose the Arbonne Makeup Primer as my free product and have fallen in love! I knew that if the foundation was anything like the primer I would be hooked. Dun-ta-da-da! And I’m officially hooked.
I don’t feel like I’m wearing anything and the coverage is absolutely flawless! I have the crazy pregnancy hormones surging through my body at this point and have random break-outs at least once a week. It’s not pretty or flattering, but this foundation is the answer. My skin has never felt so soft and healthy.
But, I’ll let you be the judge of my results!
The first image is me with absolutely no makeup on. Fresh face.
The second image is me just wearing the Arbonne Primer and Foundation in Soft Blush. I only use one and a half pumps of the primer and one pump of foundation, unless I am blending down my neck.
In the third image, I only added this concealer for under my eyes, this finishing powder, my favorite mascara, and this bronzer to contour my cheekbones and jawline.
How is that for a result? You can barely see the redness or imperfections in my skin. I am one of those people that becomes very loyal to products I love, so I believe I am sold on this foundation.
Something I love about makeup is that you don’t have to have the most expensive version of every product. Sure, I splurge a little on my foundation and primer, but those are the building blocks of my face. They are the most important products to me, and I feel that it’s necessary to spend a little more on them.
All of these products (minus the Arbonne products) can be purchased at your nearest Ulta.
The next makeup investment I’d like to make is on a good set of brushes! So, if you have any recommendations please feel free to drop them in the comments below!
Have a great week!
xo, Tay
