Good Morning, Lovelies!
What a lovely morning it is! The birds are chirping. The sky is blue. The grass is even greener on my side of the lot.
Yesterday, we made the announcement to our extended family and friends that we are expecting another bundle of joy!
That’s right, you heard it here. Baby number two will be here just in time to grace our 2017 Christmas cards, and we couldn’t be any more joyed!
It took eleven months of trying. We prayed so hard it felt like our prayers were going unheard, but we never stopped. All I can say is that God is good, all the time. He was listening and knew that we needed to wait to add onto our little family a little bit longer! I have to say, that He had the right idea.
I’m a HUGE Christmas nut, but you will get to see a little more of that as we get closer to the holiday season. To be frank, I start celebrating in October and drive my husband absolutely crazy with my Christmas music playlist and all the Hallmark movies available have on Netflix. So, even though this baby is due in the earliest days of December, I have decided that this is my Christmas baby.
Who wouldn’t want to snuggle a newborn on Christmas morning?
For this reason and this reason alone, an idea of a Christmas themed baby announcement!
How do you make the best creative announcements? Can you say, Etsy?
I found all three of our tops fairly easy, but decided that I wanted a custom baby onesie made to incorporate our theme! We couldn’t be any happier with how everything turned out! I even ordered from three different shops, and I would recommend every single one. They were all so easy to work with and had such timely turnarounds.
Now let’s skip all the chitchat and move right into a little preview. Please take note that Lewi is not holding a Chicken Nugget in any of these pictures! (He was eating them throughout the entire session.)

Thanks for all the well wishes and congratulations! We are over the moon, and I can’t wait to finally get back into the feel of my blog now that we have uncovered our big secret.
Also, I should go on to say that I am already showing a teeny bit, and it had made styling outfits a tad hard for the time of year, working around morning sickness and a bump! Now, this won’t be an issue and we can get back on track to FASHION!
