With this lovely April “winter” storm upon us, I thought I’d bring a little spring to your heart!
Let’s talk Graduation. High school, college, whatever. You’ll need a dress!
This year I’ve been really feeling shades of blue to compliment any grad girl. I’ve put together a little inspiration board for any 2019 Graduate and hope you love it!
This year my little sister graduates from high school and I am so sad! I can’t believe she’s old enough to vote and gamble (in some states). I can’t wait for her to already commit to a school for her future college track career! She’s a high jumper, long jumper, and sprinter.
Anywho, thinking about my lovely little sister and her graduation really got me to thinking about other grads looking for a flashy dress to wear beneath their robe! I didn’t want to limit to styles appropriate for high school because one of my best girl friends is also graduating this spring. She just finished her Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. I’m so proud of her and so excited for the life she gets to start after she walks across that final stage!
Keeping in mind all my ladies receiving their Bachelor’s, Master’s , and Doctorate’s, I knew I had to really pick a range of styles. I also know what it’s like to be a student and mom. We don’t like to pay over $100 for a dress that’s probably only going to be worn once, so I made sure to keep all styles under $100! They’re also versatile enough to wear out for a girls or date night after graduation so you can get extra use out of them.
Fun fact: I still have my high school graduation dress hanging in my closet, and it’s my goal dress. I always come back to it in between babies to see how far I need to go before it comfortably zips again! ha. I know it sounds like a silly tradition, but it’s my favorite dress of all time besides my wedding dress.
